on may 5th, join sound ritualist and nature field recordist Zaneta, as they take participants into forgotten forests and hidden realms to attune the sensuous earth and commune with spirits of place, for a day of psychic listening, forest singing, channeled art, ritual fire, and seasonal magic in celebration of Beltane.
during Beltane, the land is bright and alive with desire. pleasure sings through every tree, leaf, and flower. we witness all that sparkles and receive it fully, knowing that the afterglow of Beltane continues to light our way through the contrapuntal darkness of Samhain and the later half of the year.
the ritual celebrations of the seasons are attunement, imprinting, and reciprocity. we attune to the magic of the season and reinforce our connections to the spirits. our celebration of pleasure and the sensual is a celebration and rekindling for humxn and non-humxn alike.
in this spirit of mutual care, we receive the fire and channel the fire, offering our shared joy to the more than humxn world.
festivities:
the day begins with a light hike into the local wilderness for psychic listening, communing with nature spirits, forest singing, and opening the senses to seasonal magic present in the land.
later in the afternoon, we'll build a ritual fire and create an eco-altar of found magic, making offerings to celebrate the fire and reignite the vitality in the trees, the river, the mountain and the sky.
afterwards, we'll return indoors for a channeled art session, followed by a community dinner, and wrapping up the evening with a sound ritual comprised of seasonal soundscapes channeled by Zaneta.

tickets range from $111-$333. sliding scale is in effect to make this offering accessible to people in need. however, this offering is valued at $333. please be considerate of the sustainability and future of this work, as well as your access, when selecting your ticket price.

participants can cancel and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the event, deadline is 9 am est Friday May 3rd to cancel with a full refund. however, there are no refunds less than 48 hours before the event. please register with clarity and awareness.

about the artist
Zaneta (they.them) is a sound ritualist, nature field recordist, art witch, tarot reader, and podcast host. at the core of their work is a deep desire for remembering our interconnectedness or the Filipinx term, kapwa. it is towards this collective vision of care that Zaneta weaves field recording, ritual, channeling, and somatic and psychic listening practices to create experiences that transform the way participants listen and relate to the world.
specifically their work focuses on tending spirit ecologies between humxn and non-humxn communities through listening and transmission rituals.
